Ethics Committee Member Antoinette "Toni" Mallott

 

Ms. Mallot was appointed to serve on the committee in 2010, and is a registered Democrat.  She is a life-long Alaskan and a retired school teacher after working on and off for 30 years in Anchorage, Yakutat and Juneau.  She held a variety of roles in the school setting and enjoyed worked with English Second Language students and supported their rights to seek and obtain academic assistance in core subjects, such as reading, math and writing.  Presently, Ms. Mallott works part-time for Catholic Community Services as a care coordinator for elders in Yakutat.  Ms. Mallott and her husband Byron have raised five children and are very involved in the lives of their seven grandchildren.  They divide their time between their homes in Juneau and Yakutat.  Ms. Mallott’s term expires in 2013.
